Pre-Recorded Lessons & Assemblies

We regularly go into local primary schools to lead assemblies, storytelling, reflective spaces, and RE lessons in line with the curriculum.  We also welcome many schools, Cubs, Brownies and Beavers to our church buildings to discover ‘What Is Church?’ and for reflective spaces.

We understand that it is not always possible to arrange a visit so Lynda has recorded some RE Lessons and Assemblies that are free to use and share.

This is the theme for this primary school Christmas Assembly. The assembly starts with a fun experience making the Christmas water disappear! asking Wow? how did that happen?

This question is then explored throughout the Bible nativity story using puppets and wondering.

Concluding, with a reflection on the joy message shared by the angels who visited the shepherds and how can we bring joy this Christmas, even though things might be a little bit different this year.
