Sessions during term times are full of activity, toys, outdoor play, craft, soft play, story time, music, friendship and refreshments.

Booking details
Session spaces are booked for the adult coming along, not for each individual child.
In most cases we limit one adult with up to three pre-school children because of space. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept siblings as an accompanying adult.
Booking Sessions
We generally recommend that you book a group of sessions for the half term at the same time to secure your place.
Payment
Payment is made for all sessions at the time of booking.
If you are unable to book online or would prefer to pay in cash or if making a payment is tricky for you, please speak to Sue or Lynda or email: bookings@citylifechurch.co.uk
Cancellations & Transfers
If you no longer require your space/s, we would really appreciate you cancelling or transferring to a different date so your space can be released to someone on our waiting list, thank you.
Transfers or cancellations can be made up to 1hr before your booked session starts.
Instructions to transfer or cancel are included in the booking confirmation emails.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancelations but transfers between sessions are free.
Refreshments
Please bring along drinks and snacks for your child/ren to enjoy. Adult refreshments are available throughout your session.
Parking
Regrettably, there is no parking on site.
There are a number of pay and display car parks within walking distance and a few parking spaces limited to a maximum of 2 hours on some of the surrounding roads.
Sharing table
You are welcome to bring along any good quality items of clothing, books or toys that you no longer want that can be shared with others on our sharing table.
If your items are not taken at the end of the session, we would request you take them with you.
Baby changing and nappy disposal
A baby changing drop down table is available.
We have no facilities for nappy disposal so please take nappies home with you, thanks.
Photographs
You are more than welcome to take photographs during your session, but please take care that there are no other children in view if posting on social media.
Privacy, Data Protection and Safeguarding
By booking you agree to allow us to hold and use your personal data in accordance with all our Privacy, Data Protection and Safeguarding Policies.
All our team are DBS checked and look forward to welcoming you along.
Waiting list
If we don’t have any spaces available for your preferred session you can join a waiting list for that session and you will receive notification via email if and when a space becomes available.
Fun times!
We arrange fun socials during the year for us all to enjoy; Teddy Bears Summer picnic, Christmas meal evening for parents/carers, Easter fun, Family events, Dads and Kids, and more!
